Welcome to NTM Construction & Management
NTM Construction & Management is a Cameroon-based team providing construction, property management, real estate and support services. We were built to solve a problem many clients know well, particularly those managing projects from abroad: work that drifts from the original design, budgets that lose control, and sites that lack consistent supervision.
This guide explains what is on this website, how to use each part of it, and how to reach us.

Step by step
Creating an Account
Browsing the site does not require an account. You will need one to save favourites, submit a property, view invoices or access project documents.
- Go to the login pageSelect Login / Register from the site menu, or go to the login page directly.
- Choose RegisterEnter a username, your email address and a password. You will be asked to accept the terms and conditions.
- Check your emailIf a confirmation message is sent, follow the link in it to activate your account. Check your spam folder if nothing arrives within a few minutes.
- Complete your profileVisit My Profile and add your contact details so we can reach you about enquiries.
Agents: listing a property requires an agent account, which is separate from a standard account. If you have registered but cannot access the property submission form, contact us and we will review your account.
Real estate
Browsing and Listing Properties
Finding a property
Start at NTM Properties to see everything currently listed. If you know what you are looking for, Advanced Search lets you filter by type, status, location, price and features.
Saving a property to My Favourites keeps it in one place while you compare options. You will need to be signed in.
Listing a property
Registered agents can add a listing through Create Property. The form is organised in tabs: title and description, location, type, price, features, details, media, floors and contact. Complete each tab before submitting.
Listings you have submitted appear under My Properties, where you can edit or remove them.
Photographs matter more than description. Listings with clear, well-lit photographs of every room receive substantially more enquiries. Take them in daylight, and include the exterior and approach as well as the interior.
Clients
Following Your Project
If NTM is managing a project for you, the Project Dashboard is where progress is recorded. Depending on your project, you may find daily site logs, photographs, milestone updates and uploaded documents.
Docs & Payments holds contracts, drawings and other files shared with you, and My Invoices lists what has been issued and settled.
Our public project portfolio at Projects & Events shows work we are willing to share openly. Your own project is private to your account.

How an Engagement Runs
- EnquiryTell us what you are building or need managed, where the site is, and your timeline. A bill of quantities or drawings help, but a description and photographs are enough to start.
- ConsultationWe discuss scope, constraints and what is realistic, and identify anything missing before pricing.
- ProposalYou receive a written scope and quote. Materials and labour are set out separately so every line can be questioned.
- DeliveryWork proceeds under supervision, with progress recorded and shared through your dashboard.
- HandoverFinal inspection, documentation, and agreement that the work matches what was specified.
Common questions
Questions We Are Asked Often
Do I need an account to browse?
No. Services, properties, the blog and the public project portfolio are open to everyone. An account is needed for favourites, listings, invoices and documents.
Can I work with NTM from abroad?
Yes, and it is much of what we do. Reporting, photographs and progress records exist so you can follow work without being on site.
Which regions do you cover?
We work across Cameroon, with regular coverage in Littoral, Centre, West and the Northern regions. Ask about anywhere else.
How quickly will you reply?
Enquiries are reviewed during office hours, Monday to Saturday. WhatsApp is usually the fastest route for a quick question.
I have forgotten my password
Use the password reset link on the login page. If the email does not arrive, check spam, then contact us.
Something on the site is not working
Tell us what you were doing and what you saw, and include the page address. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
