Reliable logistics, transportation coordination, field support, supply movement and operational services tailored to commercial, government and community projects.
Trusted construction logistics across Cameroon
Materials, transport and site coordination, made simple.
Building in Cameroon comes with unique supply chain challenges. NTM bridges the gap between the major supply hubs — from the Port of Douala to Yaoundé and regional job sites — so your building materials, heavy equipment and labour arrive on schedule, without costly delays.

Where we operate
From the quay to the job site
Most delays happen between two points on a map, not at either end. These are the hubs and regions our coordination runs through, and what each one asks of a loaded vehicle.
Port of Douala
Origin · port & industry
Container and breakbulk collection, clearing coordination and supplier pickups.
Port of Kribi
Alternate entry
A second route in for imported machinery and heavy building supplies.
Littoral region
Transit corridor
The main outbound leg, and where the southern and inland routes divide.
Yaoundé & Centre
Capital region
Urban and institutional sites, where access is tight and offload windows are short.
West region
Highlands
Sustained gradients, so loads and vehicles are matched to the climb before departure.
Northern regions
Long-haul
Long-distance runs planned around season, road condition and confirmed offload at site.
Coverage beyond these corridors is arranged on request. Route, schedule and cost are confirmed in writing before any vehicle is dispatched.
What we do
Four services, one contract
Take the whole chain or just the part that keeps breaking. Every service below can be contracted on its own or combined into a single agreement with a single invoice.
Material procurement & sourcing
We partner with verified Cameroonian and international manufacturers to source high-grade construction materials at bulk rates.
- Cement, rebar, gravel, sand and structural steel
- Vetted local suppliers for verified material quality
- Competitive, transparent pricing and bulk discounts
- Goods and freight quoted as separate lines
Inter-city freight & haulage
Navigating transit corridors across the Littoral, Centre, West and Northern regions takes experienced logistics coordination, not just a truck.
- Heavy machinery and bulk payload transit
- Route planning adapted to seasonal road conditions
- Real-time tracking and delivery updates
- Vehicle matched to your site access
Port clearing & transit support
Avoid costly port storage fees and customs delays when importing machinery or heavy building supplies through Douala or Kribi.
- Seamless port-to-site transit management
- Coordination with clearing partners and authorities
- Direct offloading at your project location
- No double handling, no cargo left sitting
Labour & site coordination
Materials arriving without the people to place them is the same delay in a different costume. We time workforce arrivals against the delivery schedule.
- Workforce shifts coordinated with material deliveries
- Offload windows agreed with your site team in advance
- Site transport arranged where crews travel in
- One coordinator managing both sides of the schedule
Supply list
What we source and move
Send your bill of quantities or a simple material list and we will price it against our supplier network. If an item is not shown here, ask — this is what moves most often, not the limit of what we can find.
Cement
Sourced in bulk from verified manufacturers.
Reinforcement steel
Rebar sourced to the grades your drawings call for.
Structural steel
Sections and fabricated elements for frame work.
Gravel & aggregate
From quarries vetted for consistent grading.
Sand
Selected for the concrete or plaster work it is destined for.
Heavy equipment
Machinery moved between sites or in from the port.
Why construction managers choose NTM
The difference is in what does not happen
Local market expertise
We know the local vendors, the regional transport challenges and the regulatory landscape that keep your project compliant and moving.
Reduced site downtime
By coordinating workforce shifts with material deliveries, your workers are not billing expensive hours waiting on supplies.
A single contact point
No chasing dozens of independent drivers, quarries and suppliers. NTM handles all of it under one contract.
Transparent pricing
Materials and freight are quoted separately, so you can see what you are paying for and question any line on the page.
Suppliers we have used before
Our vendor list is built on material quality and consistency, not only on who quoted lowest this week.
Tracking and updates
Real-time tracking and delivery updates mean you learn about a hold-up from us, before it reaches your programme.
How a job runs
Our four-step logistics process
Requirement
Send us your material specifications, site location and timelines. A bill of quantities is ideal; a photographed list works too.
Sourcing
We procure quality goods at competitive pricing from our vendor network and price the freight for your route and site access.
Scheduling
Transport routes and labour arrivals are mapped for efficiency, with season and road conditions built into the timing.
Site delivery
Materials are offloaded where you want them, timed to arrive as your construction team is ready to work.
The result
What good coordination looks like
When materials, transport and labour are sequenced against one schedule, the site stops waiting. Crews work the days they are booked for, deliveries land where they are needed, and the programme holds.
That is the whole point of handing the chain to one coordinator: fewer moving parts on your desk, and a delivery date you can plan the rest of the build around.

Before you write to us
Questions we are asked most
Do you supply materials, or only transport them?
Both, and either one on its own. Some clients buy their own materials and use us purely for haulage; others hand us the full material list and take a single delivered price. Tell us which you need and the quote will be structured to match.
What do you need from me to prepare a quote?
Your material specifications, the exact site location, your required timelines, and a note on site access — whether a large vehicle can reach the offload point, and whether there is lifting equipment on site. Anything missing, we will ask for it.
Can you handle cargo we have already imported ourselves?
Yes. We coordinate with clearing partners and the relevant authorities at Douala and Kribi, and manage the movement from the port straight through to your project location.
Our site has difficult access. Is that a problem?
Usually not, but it changes the vehicle we send. Tell us about the approach when you make your enquiry so the right equipment is planned in from the start rather than turned away at the gate.
How do you work around the rainy season?
Route planning is adapted to seasonal road conditions, and where a corridor is at risk we plan the delivery sequence around it rather than discovering the problem with a loaded truck.
What are your rates and payment terms?
Pricing is quoted per project against your material list, route and schedule, so there is no single rate card. Contact us with your requirement and we will set the terms out in writing.
