NewtekCM Management was founded by two friends from the diaspora and Cameroon who experienced one of the most frustrating realities in the Cameroonian construction space: a home project mishandled by a contractor who wasted materials, ignored quality, and delivered work far below expectations.
Instead of allowing that loss to end in frustration alone, they transformed it into a system designed to protect other project owners from the same outcome. That decision became the foundation of NTM — a company created to restore trust, transparency, and accountability in construction and real estate management.
