We were built around a problem we kept watching happen
Someone sends money home to build. Months pass. Photographs arrive occasionally, always of the same wall. A relative reports that things are moving. Then a visit two years later reveals a building that matches the original drawings only in outline. A window has moved. A room is shorter. Somewhere along the way, decisions that belonged to the owner were made by whoever happened to be on site that day.
Nobody in that story lacked the skill to build correctly. What was missing was structure: a way for the person paying to see the work while it was still happening, and to be part of decisions rather than informed of them afterwards.
We are a group of educated professionals from Cameroon, now living across several countries, who came together because we had each seen this from both sides. We know what the diaspora client fears, and we know what actually goes wrong on a site. The company was built to close the distance between the two.

Ten specialists, one team
Engineers, project managers, a cybersecurity doctorate, carpenters, a civil engineer who also teaches, and a financial secretary who leads a community association. Several of us teach as well as build, which is not incidental: it is why our processes are documented rather than held in someone's head.

What we will not claim
We are a young company, and we would rather you knew that from us than discovered it later. What we offer is not decades of history. It is a way of working that removes the specific failures that cost diaspora clients the most: drift from the design, budgets that lose shape, and work nobody was watching.
Reporting does not pour concrete. A dashboard does not supervise a site. What our systems do is make good work visible and bad work harder to hide, so that "we are on schedule" becomes something you can check rather than something you have to believe. Judge us on whether the record holds up.
