NTM Phase One Structural Construction – Pillars, Decking, and Roofing Stage
📍 Project Overview:
The NTM Management Team is set to commence Phase One of a major construction project focusing on the core structural development of a new building. This phase marks the foundation of the entire project, laying down the physical strength and stability required for future expansion and finishing works.
🔧 Scope of Work – Phase One Includes:
Raising of Pillars:
Erection of reinforced concrete pillars to form the main vertical structural framework.
Steel reinforcement and high-quality concrete mix will be used to ensure durability and load-bearing strength.
Decking:
Installation of formwork, reinforcement, and casting of the slab for the upper floor.
Decking will provide the foundation for the next level of construction and serve as a key load distribution element.
Zincing (Roof Installation):
Construction of the roof framework using strong timber or steel trusses.
Covering with high-grade zinc roofing sheets to provide weather protection and structural completion for Phase One.
🧱 Objective:
To complete the structural skeleton of the building — ensuring all foundational, vertical, and roofing elements are in place to enable the next stage of development, including internal works, plastering, and finishing.
