B. Project Ownership Model — You own the project, we deliver it

At NTM we put you in the driver’s seat. Our Project Ownership Model makes the customer the official owner and decision-maker while NTM acts as the technical, operational and reporting partner. How it works — simple, stage-by-stage

  1. Project Setup & Agreement
    We begin by clarifying goals, budget, timeline, finish level and any special requirements. A digital project folder and dashboard are created so you can follow progress from day one.

  2. Design & Pre-construction (Client Approval Required)
    Deliverables: 2D / 3D plans, BOQ, material list and schedule. Nothing proceeds until you approve the design, the material selections, and the estimate.

  3. Foundations & Civil Works (Client Checkpoint)
    Daily photo/video logs and milestone reports. You approve the foundation sign-off before we proceed to the superstructure.

  4. Superstructure & Roofing (Client Checkpoint)
    Blockwork, columns and roof installation proceed only after you review materials and mid-work photos. We capture quality checks for your records.

  5. MEP Installations (Client Checkpoint)
    Electrical, plumbing and HVAC routing are implemented with your prior approval of brands and fixture layouts. We share schematics and progress evidence.

  6. Finishes, Snagging & Handover (Client Approval)
    Colours, tiles, fixtures and finishes are confirmed by you prior to application. Final snag list is resolved, and you receive the complete handover package: drawings, receipts, warranties and maintenance guidance.
