By registering as an Agent on NTM Construction, Management & Services (the “Platform”), you (“Agent”, “You”) agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
1. Eligibility – To register as an Agent, you must be at least 21 years of age, be legally authorized to operate as a real estate agent in Cameroon, and hold all necessary licenses or authorizations required under Cameroonian law to market, sell, or lease properties.
2. Account Registration – All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been performed by you.
3. Agent Responsibilities – As an Agent, you agree to upload only authentic property listings located in Douala, Littoral Region, or other approved areas in Cameroon. You must avoid posting fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings, verify ownership or authorization before listing any property, and comply with all applicable Cameroonian laws, including those related to real estate, land tenure, consumer protection, and advertising.
4. Property Listings – Listings must include accurate details regarding price, location, and property features. Photos and descriptions must reflect the actual condition of the property. The Platform reserves the right to review, approve, or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
5. Fees & Payments – Agents agree to pay any listing or commission fees as outlined on the Platform. All transactions must comply with Cameroonian financial regulations. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in account suspension or termination.
6. NTM Commission – For every property sold through the Platform, NTM Construction, Management & Services shall receive 2% of the agent’s total commission. This fee is mandatory and non-negotiable, and will be deducted or invoiced upon completion of the transaction.
7. Prohibited Activities – Agents are strictly prohibited from posting illegal, discriminatory, or offensive content; engaging in fraudulent transactions or money laundering; or circumventing the Platform to avoid agreed fees or commissions.
8. Intellectual Property – By uploading property images, descriptions, and related content, you grant NTM Construction, Management & Services a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote such content for marketing and promotional purposes.
9. Liability & Disclaimers – The Platform serves as a marketplace and is not a party to any real estate transaction between Agents and clients. The Platform is not liable for disputes, ownership issues, misrepresentations, or financial losses arising from your listings or client interactions. You assume full responsibility for the accuracy of your listings and the conduct of your business.
10. Suspension & Termination – The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with Cameroonian law. You may request account closure at any time.
11. Amendments – These Terms may be updated periodically. Agents will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law – These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Douala, Littoral Region, Cameroon.
